At Dandelion Wellness, I offer nurturing support and guidance in a space that feels safe enough to encourage vulnerability at your own pace. Together we create a safe place to vent, process, and feel on a deeper level.
During therapy you might feel comforted, enlightened, challenged (safely), and invited to explore thoughts and emotions that feel unusual or even uncomfortable. We are always working toward your personal goals of growth, healing, and wellness.

I currently offer virtual individual and family therapy sessions for adults in Arizona. In person services are available in the East Valley. You choose the frequency of your therapy based on your schedule and circumstances - weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
See our Services page for information on our services offered including EMDR, somatic therapy, walk and talk therapy, and family therapy.

The answer to this question varies. Some people find adaptive resolution within a few sessions and some people spend months or years in therapy. At Dandelion Wellness, I will follow your lead and tailor your treatment plan to your personal goals for growth. I will offer guidance and a clinical recommendation while you choose the pace and frequency that feels right for you.
There are times when a person needs more treatment than I can safely offer and in those cases I will provide resources to you for additional supportive services or a higher level of care.

The first step in the process is a brief phone call (this can be scheduled by clicking “Book an Appointment” on any of the web pages).
This call is free and only takes 10-15 minutes. During this call we will briefly discuss your goals for therapy, any specific requests that I need to be aware of (scheduling, modality, etc), and ensure that we both feel confident in moving forward. If you are ready to move forward then we will schedule your first appointment.
I will then send you some forms to fill out prior to your first appointment.
Your first appointment is a collaborative intake where we review important policy and consent agreements, complete an assessment where I get to know you better, and create a road map (aka treatment plan) for our work together.
Then we get to work!
